Advanced Center for Joint Surgery, LLC is committed to supporting the health and wellness of the community we serve. Our team of world-renowned, board-certified surgeons are leaders in total joint replacement surgery who specialize in diagnostic and restorative surgery in orthopedics. Using a variety of minimally-invasive techniques, the majority of patients go home the same day of their surgery without having to spend the night in the hospital.
The surgical team’s experience, combined with advanced instrumentation and better pain management therapies, has enabled our surgeons to perform total joint replacements with smaller incisions, less muscle tearing, less blood loss, and less post-operative pain. Where in years past, patients were in the hospital 2-3 days after surgery, patients now are going home within 4-6 hours.
Most patients can perform daily activities more easily after joint replacement surgery and can expect their joint replacement to last for many years, providing them with an enhanced quality of life that includes less pain, along with improved motion and strength that would not have been possible otherwise.
FORCE THERAPEUTICS
Our orthopedic surgeons offer a free, video-based recovery program called Force Therapeutics. This user-friendly patient portal provides everything you need for a successful recovery from the comfort of your own home.
With Force Therapeutics, you can:
– Access your personalized care plan and physical therapy, before and after surgery;
– Review important surgical information and frequently asked questions;
– Easily communicate with your entire care team.
The Force messages section is for routine, non-emergent questions and discussions between you and your care team. Force messages will be monitored from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Expect a response within 24 – 48 hours for messages left during normal business hours.
Your care is of utmost importance to all of us. If you are experiencing medical urgency, please call (770) 292-6500 and follow the prompts. In the event of a medical emergency, please proceed to the closest acute care facility or hospital, then notify us when you are able to do so.
